Is the Asus 280x good ?

So I am planning on getting the Asus DCUIIT . It looks great, it's really silent and cheap. But everyone is proposing that I get the Toxic. I know that performance-wise, Toxis is better but it sounds like a freaking helicopter! And I doubt my tower will be able to house it ( too freaking big as well ). So, since I will be sticking to the Asus one, I would like to ask if you know/ have heard anythng negative about her.

i have used different asus cards and they been cool and quiet i also would recommend Gigabyte they run really cool and quiet too and they tend to have a bit more factory overclock then the rest if you dont want to overclock the gpu yourself.
