Selling my computer case so how do I go about removing the parts inside it?

Solution
You don't really need the anti static bag.
If you don't have one on hand and you want some peace of mind, you could find a box that it fits and use that.
Honestly, I have heaps of various circuit boards laying around in the office (various pci cards, mobos etc) and I have never had a problem.
But be sure to store the hardware away from windows etc that could be a source of humidity.

Taking a PC apart is pretty much like a puzzle. Its not all that hard to do but if you have no experience try to keep track of what went where. If you are worried about not knowing how to put it all back together you could always take photos or make a video while you are doing it.

As for where to put the parts, you could use a box or drawer but anywhere dry and safe will do. All the parts are more durable than you probably think, as long as they don't get handled too roughly you don't need to worry. The most fragile part would be the CPU due to the pins (if it has any), you don't want to get them bent out of place.

no "anti static bag" required? that's what I'm most concerned especially the mobo and GPU...
