New Build PC

Solution

Your specs are all good even the processor itself but why don't you go for something like ASUS Geforce GTX 650 Edition because ASUS themselves have their overclocking utility. And with such good system specs go for a ram that has a bus speed of 1600MHz something like crosair vengeance or G.skill RipjawsX (16GB should be pleanty for all your needs)

Your Graphics card...the gt 640 is soooo not good AND its a definitely an overkill with that cpu
For your build...i would recommend you a r9 270x OR 280x

Dont get the 24GB RAM...not needed.
Get a 16GB RAm (8X2) which are 1600mhz...16 is plenty
For the cpu cooler...i would suggest you the CM hyper 212 EVO

And finally...get a 650w PSU

And also as Sanat1 said go for a better PSU I personally recommend Cooler Master's PSU or Corsair PSU But go for something more than 500W just in case if you want to plug in more HDD's. And also buy a small SSD like 120GB one for faster booting speeds
