I'd like to keep my tower under the desk while still having a 2 x 5.25" fan controller and a 5.25" media panel above and on my desk for easier access. Do small cases that accommodate this exist or will I have to make do with reaching under my desk every time I need to make a change?

Thanks for the help in advance

or something like this ,

you would have to mod this case and open up the back pannel and use fan extension cables for your fans you could run them through the watercooling grommets on the back of your case
route the media panel cables the same way or through a pci slot for your power cables

you might be able to power your 5.25 fan controller and media panel from that case with cable adaptors , it has a 300w psu ?
