So I'm helping someone build a new home office PC to replace a really old XP Pentium 4 based system. These are the parts I've chosen currently:

He will be mainly using HLS Pro label printing software on it as well as some image manipulation and web browsing. I'm just wondering whether this would be a decent enough setup to last about 5-10 years, bearing in mind the budget is around £350 maximum. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your responses.

this build has higher quality parts, and should last atleast 5-7 years. i put in a cpu cooler because it will help keep the temps down, also you will need some good thermal compound, forgot to add that in there. the psu is a tier 1, the best of the best.
