Every time I boot my computer it either switches on and off with 5 second intervals or just has a black screen with 'A2' in the bottom right. It doesn't even get to the bios.

I have tried clearing the CMOS (Both by button and battery), removed everything but 1 stick of 4GB ram and SSD with OS and still nothing.

Before this I did have the computer idle where I accidentally or might have pressed the CMOS button when trying to find a USB port.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

GPU: EVGA 3GB GTX 780ti Superclock edition
Power supply: Corsair HX750
Motherboard: MSI Z77

Can't F2 into Bios and everything in the checklist is fine.

I got a new case and GPU and SSD the other week and it's been fine until now.

Code "A2" is the "IDE Detect" code. It can refer to any non-USB mass storage device, PATA or SATA.

Try putting your SSD on a different port.
Try a different SATA cable.
Can you try your SSD on a different computer?
Do you have a SATA CD/DVD drive connected?

Yeah I've tried a different SATA Cable and switched the power cord with only the SSD to make sure.
