Hello. I was using a triple channel set up of 3x2gb ram. Had 3 more slots spare so decided it was time for a upgrade. Bought a dual channel 2x4gb Ti use in two of the remaining 3 slots. Now when I turn my pc on it boots, gets to the green loading bar for windows then the screen goes blank. I can hear the windows music and can even type my password in to launch my profile. Checked bios (because it doesn't go blank till I get further in) and it says I have the full 14gb ram. Just wondered if anyone here has encounted the same problem or knows where I went wrong. Thanks.

Would just like to add that everything about the ram is the same. Same voltage same CAS same frequency and same brand. Only thing with is different is the dual and triple channel.

Turns out it might have been a graphics problem. Started pc in safe mode with networking. Deleted all drives for my graphics cards a reinstalled them to the version before the latest release. Still goes black for a bit, then get no signal. However after about 10-20s of waiting it comes on just fine. Weird but at least it's working atm.
