Wachdogs ultra on i5 4670k

Does anyone know if you need an i7 4770k to run this at ultra? I currently have a gtx 780 and an i5 4670k that I'm planning on overclocking the Cpu, the gpu is also overclocked. Can anyone give me a good opinion for me to get an idea, i just built this system and I am going to be very disappointed if my processor is going to stop me from going ultra on this game. I cant see watchdogs utilizing all those cores and threads

By the way I will be running this in 1080p with 8gb of ram

The chances are negligible given your graphic card is good.
The only game i saw benefit over i5 4670K to 4770K was Crysis 3.
This does not mean one can't play Crysis 3 on ultra at 1080p with 4670K and such stuff is mostly GPU bound.
