2)here is the wire from fan hub to molex connector and there are only two pins in it here's a picture is it broken?

Umm, there aren't any pictures.

1a. The 4 pin connectors (Power) are for extra power, usually for the CPU. Connect them!
1b. The 4 pin connectors (Fans) are for extra fans. A 4 pin fan can be throttled up or down by the MB in accordance with its cooling needs.

2. Fan hubs don't require as much power, so they don't always use all the pins of a Molex connector.

3. I've never been able to figure out positive or negative with front panel connectors. And to be honest, in 10+ years of building PCs, it has never mattered, they work both ways.

the triangle is the positive side, but it does not matter as these types of connections (LED, button, switch) have no polarity.

I'm pretty sure the LEDs have polarity (unless they're doing something smart with a couple of extra diodes), but the switches definitely don't.

That's probably power for a fan controller. Plug it into a SATA cable from the PSU. It's only got two wires because the fan controller only needs +12V and GND, not anything else.

You definitely need the 4+4 pin CPU connector plugged in. Your computer won't boot without it.
