Replced CPU now W7 wont boot

I replaced a failed FX-6100 CPU with a FX-4130 CPU and now my system won't boot into W7.

I ran W7 repair. It passed all tests with no errors, and found no reason for the W7 boot failure.

The ASUS M5A88-Vevo boots up OK,bios appears normal and see the HDD where W7 is located.

Any ideas?

What 'chip'?

The bios (0707) is OK for the AMD FX-4130 and the system boots normally until W7 starts.

Then a message says some of W7m files are bad and asks to try a repair. I did and the 'repair' passed all the tests after which it said the repair was unsuccessful and could not start W7.

What now?
