Deleted Windows Re and cant refresh

I am new to Windows 8 AND DELETED THE RECOVERY ENVIROMENT ON wINDOWS 8 DESKTOP
NOW I CANNOT REFRESH/RESTART-I am sort of stuck
I have got a boot on UYSB stick however I suspecvt it is missing files
Where can I find an copy or better still how can I just get back to normal
I have searched for weeks with only finding how to create a boot usb stick ,which does not work any how
I tried re-installing windows 8 but it does not give me a new recovery partition
I only have my windows 8 key
Any ideas as to how I get out of this forever ending loop

why dont you try rebooting with the original cd inside when you start
how to reboot with a cd
insert cd after motherboard symbol keep pressing F10,F12,F8(it should be one of this

you should get a screen asking you what to reboot with
select cd drive
wait up
select repair in your installation

If it's a Dell or HP branded system, you'll need the Dell Recovery CD. It's proprietary to the brand, from my understanding.

However; if you had a boot CD, you don't really need it. Just use the recovery mode on the CD.

I do not have the disc as I purchased a download with activation key
I only have what is on the USB stick however I am sure that will be incomplete
I actually have to keys for windows 8 & 8.1
Seems I needd to buy windows 8 froim Microsoft

Question is will it then install a new recovery enviro over existing W8.1?

these things tend to get risky my best opinion would be to go to tech support and ask them

iS IT WORTH ME PURCHASING A NEW COPY FROM msn AND WILL IT WORK OR WILL I LOOSE MONEY?

you can mail/chat i guess i do not recommend it at all YES you can lose your files
only let professional people handle it(if files are very important)

Asus should have a recover disk as well. What's the model of the computer? You will probably have to order the physical media if you cannot download the ISO.
