Hey Guys,

Overnight I have being thinking, I am not going to get the performance I want from my games using my HD7870 and My New FX Chip when I get it, So, change of plan.

I have decided to get Intel and Nvidia because I was going to go Crossfire but I decided against it because my card is no longer available and it will cause more issues than it's worth.

New Rig:

My New Proposed Specs:
Intel Core i5 4670k or 4570
Cooler Master HAF Stacker (2 Cases)
MSI Gaming GTX 770 Edition
Corsair Vengance 8GB Ram
Kingston 200R 60GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda Drive 1TB (From Current Rig)
Motherboard depending on CPU

Reason I am getting the stacker is that I will use my old i3 3220 and HD7870 in the Top of My New Rig as a Backup or Server!, So 2 computers in one tower!

Also I was going to ask, To buy a New Cooler, Decent Motherboard for Overclocking, and a i5 4670K the overall cost of increase would be around £80, Now is it worth it to overclock it or should I go with the i5 4570, Not Overclock and Save the money for upgrades in the future? Huh

Can you guys give me a decent opinion on this?

Cheers
Luke :)

I've opted for the 4570 and an MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Mobo. Was going to go for the 4670k but my friend overclocked his and the performance gain over the 4570 was nowhere worth the extra money (for me anyway). So decided to save the dosh and put it towards whatever the next CPU socket is after the 1150. Also dont think an overclocked 4670k will improve my gaming experience much either but thats not to say it wont affect yours! Plus im not an overclocking type'a guy.

Both configurations will have awesome performance, but yeah, OC in the future is the best option, stick with his idea
