Hi there Solve pc issues is showing an important message and its asking me to enter my most recent Microsoft password ? is this normal or is it a virus ? Does this happen offten as its never happened to me i click on it it takes me to my account then i have to click to go on a web page were it asks for my password shall i go ahead or not ? thanks

That sounds like some sort of virus to me. Run a virus and malware scan on your computer to make sure you're not being hijacked by something.

That is likely why you are getting prompted to sign back in then. Have you scanned for system for viruses and malware?
