Mobo :
GPU : PALIT Gtx 750ti StormX Dual.
CPU : AMD FX-6300
Case : Cooler Master
Cooler : CM HyperX 212
RAM : Corsair Vengeance / G.skill 8g
Hdd : WD Green Caviar 500g
PSU : Corsair 550

I'd wanna overclock this sets here, but i'm lacking budget for better mobo and cooler. Will it be fine overclocked?

Also considering these :
-ASRock 970 Extreme 3 / 4
-Asus M5A97 R2.0

Please help.

Your current board and the others that you are considering all use 4+1 phase power. This will only allow you a mild overclock before you start to have voltage stability issues and possible heat issues.

The Gigabyte 970-UD3P has 8+2 phase power like what you find in higher end 990FX boards. If you spend any money on a board upgrade to overclock this is the least expensive option that will not hold you back.

I would buy that if I have enough budget but I don't. and it doesn't seems like I can find GA-970A-UD3 in my country, the choice are pretty limited. So should i stick with DS3P or those other 2 option for better OC?
