What is the Best Motherboard for the i5 Non K

Solution

Do you already own the i5-4440 or are you going to buy it?
i would go max £50-60 on a board to this i5, unless you're planning on running a higher end CPU later on.

EDIT: Spend the money on a faster cpu instead (buy the i5-4670) and go for a cheap motherboard.

I know the boards in the below 50 pricerange doesn't have the best looks, they're probably pretty ugly to be fair. But that just means that your money are going into the actual important stuff.

You should go for one of the "ugly" motherboards because you're not going to see any higher fps or better performing storage or some magical stuff like that, just because your motherboard is expensive. Your motherboard just needs to run stable and have what you think that you'll need.

More cpu performance is always welcome in any pc, and i think the i5-4670 would serve you well, i have the i5-4670K which is almost the same just overclockable, and it was running like a dream, even before my overclock.
