Hi, as the title suggests I am asking for suggestions on how to keep my GPU cooled, it's really bad now because I have to allocate part of my room that's blocked off and has a fan running directly on it. This keeps the GPU on an average temperature of 57 degrees on small games on regular settings like TF2 and Minecraft. I do not even want to try larger steam games yet because I am worried. I recently opened it and moved the wire out of the way of the intake. I want to see if there is some small scale mod I could perform to increase the airflow. I do no, however, want to do a huge mod like those ones you see with huge holes drilled in the case fitting fans, etc.

Yea you've got nothing to worry about. If you see temps going above 80C, then you've maybe got something to worry about. You also won't need to use an fan, a mod, or anything really.

Try downloading msi afterburner to manually control the fan curve.

My only concern was the fact that it has that good temperature with MSI Afterburner doing it, when it runs on its own it can get up to 85 degrees and then automatically shut down. My bios is A04 but all my drivers have been updated with software.

Yeah, it starts lowering it and I run it 24/7 to control my GPU fan speed when the temperatures rise. It hits 80 every now and then and MSI starts to kick in. Without it my card temperature keeps rising and it automatically shuts off.

Oh ok, yea then make sure you use afterburner all the time to keep your gpu from overheating. You can try fiddling around with the fan curve to make it cool your gpu more aggressively.
