I need to find a gaming setup mainly for fps games, (COD, BF games). I will use probably a screen between 21-30 inches maximum.
But for now I only have 800euros budget for the main components. Board, ram, video card and processor:

My main concern more than performance is:
Noise
Cooling

I need components that can do some good performance (not the best one), but with low temperatues and not much noise.

Memory speed is about the least of the improvements that show any real gain. 1600MHZ will look the same gaming as higher speed RAM. When DDR4 system memory arrives, it will probably show some noticeable improvement tho. And be expensive.

That should do it. But consider a matched pair of memory sticks to come up with the amount you need. Matching brand, speed, timings, manufacturing batch, etc is extremely important when dealing with dual channel memory systems. That's why it is most often sold in matched pairs.

I dont really know what dual channel means? can someone give me a quick explanation?, I choosed that memory because I found it here and I thought the more speed (2400), the better. but if I wont see difference probably I can save some bucks

ok I will lower my ram to 1866mhz, is there any big difference between 2x4gb and 1x8gb sticks? (performant wise)
