Im upgrading to 2 monitor setup so i dont know what should i upgrade ram,gpu, or cpu.Can only upgrade one thing.

CPU:I5 4670
RAM: 8 GB 1600
GPU: GTX 750 TI

CPU and RAM are ok if any, you can upgrade your GPU but, for that, you need to provide your PSU information as it may be necessary to upgrade it as well and the budget you are working with.

How much RAM is on your graphics card? For multiple monitors, more RAM may be helpful. Especially if you only have 1GB now, a graphics card upgrade would do more for you than upgrading any of the other things you've mentioned. A 4GB GTX760 will run around $300.
