OK got a wndr4000 netgear router cox communication ISP. Downloads that are at a sustained speed of 1mbs per second or higher kill my internet connection. It will go to 0k on download and no internet pages will load (connection goes down essentially). 1-5 minutes later connection is back. I can provide technical info if needed getting tired of this 
got Elder scrolls online other day and can never play cuz it downloads for 5-10 minutes than goes down, Its not just ESO it happens with torrents as well.
