i accidentally placed a folder inside another folder and now i cant open it

So here's the deal, i tried to open my folder, but instead of opening it, i accidentally placed it in another folder and now i can't open it. I had alot of <stuff> in that folder now i can't open it nor move it and when i hold my mouse on it, it says empty folder. What do i do?

I have too much stuff so i just made folders called stuff1, stuff2 etc. This folder is called stuff7 (not sure if you can do anything with that). Yes i am an admin on my pc.

Folder name: 7d08d25df120e9b6c2ee96d728b6(no idea what that means, it came there by it self) contents: $shtdwn$.req - mrt.exe._p - mrtstub (description: Malicious Software Removal Tool Update Stub - company: Microsoft Corporation) - stuff7 (folder i can't open nor move)

First of all i have no idea how that strange folder and its contents got there, but it was right next too stuff7 so yeah... Hope you'll find an answer for me :p
