I still need help for the CPU cause I'm reading that just to be safe go over 600W. What is the best PSU for the bang for your buck that is 600W! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3sil2

I would buy a unit made by Seasonic (e.g. their own, XFX, some Antec, some PC Power & Cooling), Delta (some Antec), or Superflower (Rosewill Capstone) for your build.

I think the Corsair GS 600 would be a good bet, plus it has that illuminated blue LED fan :p

Yes but which one?

an XFX 550 watt would be enough, but if you want to add another card in the future go for xfx 650-750 watt.

Among those brands, it would be safe to buy on price. XFX is often the cheaper option among the Seasonic units, and the Rosewill Capstones are also reasonably priced.
The Corsair "GS," like the "CX," is made with some inferior Samxon capacitors that do not tolerate heat well and tend to fail early.

What about non modular? Will the airflow still be good in my case or should I get a semi.

Cable management has nothing to do with airflow.

The PSU that was 650W was an Antec TruePower Classic.

I personally prefer modular PSUs, but your case mounts the PSU on the bottom, so extra cables should be pretty much out of the way anyway. If you prefer the neatest cabling possible, then get modular. If you might add a second card later (few people actually do), then you may also want modular to minimize the extra cables. Otherwise, there is no effect on performance, and unlikely to be a difference in airflow either.
