Do I Need to Re-Buy Windows 8

I bought Windows 8 System builder a year ago and installed it on my first build. I want to build another PC. Can I reuse my Windows 8 System Builder disk and just buy a key or do I have to buy another disk and key?

You can reuse the physical disk no problem. The license key is the thing that actually costs money. You will need a new license for the new PC.

Unless you want to sell the old PC without a Windows install. Then you can use your current Windows 8 on the new PC.
