Please provide your components, including the brand and model (not just wattage) of your PSU. The issue that you are describing is most often an overheating or a power problem. If this is a prebuilt PC, have you upgraded the graphics card in it?

Have you did any changes with the settings or hardware before it started?

Any error codes or messages anywhere?

What do you mean with "Mbam"?

Have you tried running memtest to see if any memory is failing?

Assuming MBAM = MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.

Clean any dust out of the system. Do NOT use a vacuum cleaner for this task, as you could create destructive static that way. Use a pressurized duster. Make sure any/all fans are running as they should be. How old is this system?

It's all prebuilt, I don't know what the PSU brand is however

Did you add anything to it, like a video card? How old is it?
These systems are typically built with minimal-quality parts that are just enough to get the job done. Since the capacitors in PSUs age with use, it may no longer have the capacity required for your system. Depending on its physical size (e.g. ATX, SFX, or TFX), a quality replacement is likely to cost $35-$45.

Will it run long enough to d'load and run Speccy?

Speccy will inform you of your CPU and Motherboard temps, it will also monitor your PSU voltages. Meanwhile the cleaning advice is sound, ensure that the fins on the CPU heatsink are clear, the dust usually builds up under the fan where you can't see it...best blast it out with a can of compressed air!

Well. I'm still going to blast out my computer with compressed air. However today I was able to run a malware scan found some Trojans, I think the problem should resolve now, because last time this happened I had Trojans also, so if my computer shutdowns unexpectedly again i'll tell you guys. Thanks for the Help
