Hi, I was wondering which cooler would be better for the price. I am going to be overclocking.

The Hyper EVO, while not a bad cooler, is nothing special, and depending on pricing and deals at time of purchase is often a bang/buck Loser. I've never had to use one; I bought Xigmatek Gaias when they were $20 (the Hyper EVO was $29 at the time).
Enermax fan quality is excellent. Performance of the cooler will likely not be notably different, but I'd expect the fan to be quieter and last longer.
