Depends on your definition of 'hurt'.
Stop it with your finger? It will not draw blood.
Stop it with your eyeball....you now have one eye left.

Weeeeellll, that depends on your definition of hurt, and the material the fan is made of. Having recently seen a steel 120MM fan, I would be cautions, presuming the fan is made of metal. If not, and the fan gets stuck in your hair, it would hurt. Otherwise no, just don't do anything stupid, like jump out of a building, thinking it will act like a propeller and hold you up. Don't do that. You have been warned.
