This is about as low as I can go without weakening the CPU severely.

Cut off about 60 GBP and added 80 with the OS. If you need something lower than this, i will try to figure something out.

There is a pretty big difference in the graphics cards between the gtx 750 and the gtx 750 ti, primarily the 1 vs 2 gb of vram, the 750 ti will last you quite a bit longer for 30 pounds more. Also it is considered to have the price/performance ratio

No OS, gtx 750 ti build under 425

This should play all modern games at medium easily and would be pushing it at high. There are benchmarks for battlefield 4 which is considered one of the most intensive games out, at ultra graphics for an average of 30 frames per second, which is what most people consider playable fps. I personally don't mind lowering settings to get better performance so playing it at high settings would be totally doable. Pretty much you are looking at high for most games this year, medium in two years or so. The gtx 750 ti is a pretty powerful little card, a definite powerhouse for its price.

Pretty much the system can play any game out now and for the next few years.

The case comes with fans already so you should be set for that. If you want to overclock your cpu then your would need a cpu cooler, if you don't know what I am talking about then that is something to read up on a bit since overclocking has it's risks and advantages.
