You can't add memory to a GPU.

I did read the question, and with a discrete Graphics Card, you cannoot change the amount of system video memory. You can only do that if you are using onboard graphics from the CPU.

No, graphics card use GDDR memory as opposed to the DDR standard found in motherboards. The GPU memory is soldered onto board and cannot be changed like motherboard memory. The only case would be if you had an APU and so that can take advantage of system RAM. Unfortunately in your case you can't do anything about it.
