Okay, I've seen many threads on here with boot problems; I get it. Mines probably the same problems, but hey, work with me, I'm very fresh to this building hobby. So, here's my world o' problems:

Turned on boot for the first time. Great! Everything's running: CPU fan, graphics card, all 3 case fans, PSU, lights etc. Ran into a few minor error codes, solved. Then ran into the error code "b4" which is translated to "USB hot plug." Had a regular plugged in keyboard, nothing fancy. In addition, I didn't get any BIOS screen, or really any image at all. I have it hooked up via HDMI to a Samsung tv and it just said "no signal" on the TV. Anyway, I hit the "reset" button on the MB and it rebooted, but only stayed on for a mere second or two only to shut back down and reboot again. So here I am, with a brand new PC in an endless loop of reboots.

Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. I built this build for my younger brother and to my benefit as it's the career field I wish to be involved in.

The build is:

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VI Hero
CPU: Intel i5-4670k LGA1150
GPU: ASUS GEFORCE GTX 660
PSU: Corsair RM750 "Gold"
Hard drives: Samsung 125gb SSD
Western Digital 1TB Hard drive
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 240pin 2x4GB
DVD drive: ASUS
Case: Rosewill THOR

Is there any way I can include an image of my build? Cause I can take a snapshot of that, too, if necessary.

If you want to include an image, upload to an image hosting website (Photobucket imgur etc).

Try to boot the computer with just the power supply, one stick of RAM, and the motherboard. Use the integrated graphics. The motherboard you have should have a HDMI on the back.

Try to just run it with one stick and the GPU. It helps to eliminate problems. If you can boot into the BIOS with no GPU, HDD's, and only one RAM stick, then the problem lies in one of those.

If you still cant boot into BIOS either change one of the RAM sticks or it might be the motherboard.

UPDATE! I can't say I'm not too happy nor not too sad either. First of all, I got BIOS up and running; great! Bad news, I removed the GPU AND the SSD and it works. I don't understand, though. I booted up the system and it ran for 2 seconds and again shut down to reboot. But once it rebooted that's when BIOS came up. Secondly, how can BOTH the GPU AND the SSD be bad? It just doesn't make sense.

Okay so it's a new day, feelin' refreshed. But, lo' and behold, I connected my GPU back in and I don't get anything on my screen (remember, I got a BIOS screen WITHOUT the GPU connected) I currently have the SSD disconnected and it's running. Although it booted for 3 seconds and restarted itself again, it's running now. I'm including an image of what I'm viewing currently...
