Hello,
I am trying to build a new system. Here are the specs:
CPU - AMD FX-8350
MB - ASUS 990 FX r2
GPU - Sapphire Radeon R7 265 dual-X
I have plugged in the CPU, memory, GPU etc. I have also connected all the power cables. I have connected my old HP w2207 monitor to the GPU. When I turn on the system, nothing is displayed. The monitor says there is no signal on DVI input. What am I doing wrong. I have checked if the card is plugged in all the way. The led below the card lights up, but the fans are not turning.
Please help.
