So, I just noticed my case fan are no longer blowing, nor are they lit up anymore. After some research I found out the fan controller in this case have a common issue, they just crap out. Most people are just trying to get an RMA but I bought mine for half price on Craigslist so here I am 6 months later with a broken fan controller. The problem is I contacted corsair and they tell me I can RMA for the part, but I dont have a receipt so thats out of the question. They also tell me I cannot just order the part because they dont sell it.
So what can I do? I don't see any of the I/O panels on ebay, and corsair doesnt sell them. I dont want to buy a whole new case if there is some kind of work around. Any advice would be appreciated!

If the fans are regular 3/4 pin fan headers they should plug right into the mobo no problem and then you can use speedfan or the mobo to control them. Unfortunately if corsair doesn't sell that panel you probably won't find a replacement that will fit there.

Which one would be a suitable replacement for my case? The actual Corsair part is not sold separately. They sell every single other part of the case, but not the I/O panel.

I see what you mean now, I can just buy another panel. Is there any other workaround? Like hooking em up to the motherboard and using like speedfan or something? I don't want to have 1 broken panel just chilling on my case if I don't have to.
