Good build overall.

Are you sure you don't want the 4670k? You can't overclock a non-k processor so there's no point in getting the aftermarket cooler.

You could get rid of the cooler and get the 4670k. That way it's future proof.

The PSU you have there is more than fine. You don't need to get a different one
