Is buying a tower with a PSU a good idea, or are they better separately?

I pretty much have my computer build set and ready (Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3sudo), but I am having problems picking a good tower and good power supply.

For the case, all I'm looking for one is:
1) Compatibility
2) Under $100 (Unless it comes with a PSU)
3) Decent to good cable management
4) Enough room for SLI (If I ever do it, I like to think prudently)
5) Decent aesthetics (I won't be too picky here, as long as it isn't boring to look at)
6) Usb 3.0 doesn't really matter to me, as my mobo will cover it if it doesn't have it
7) Not too bulky and big (But still mid sized)

Power supply is much more lenient:
1) Anywhere from 500-750W (But leaning towards 750W for SLI capabilities)
2) Around $100 or less
3) If it has that 80+ efficency that'd be cool too, but not necessary

Sorry for this post being quite a wall of text, but this being my first computer, I want to make sure I get this right.

If I were to get a 770 instead of 760, could I suffice with less PSU? I feel like 750W is quite a lot, and maybe that I could settle for a 600W or something around that? I'm not sure if I want to ever SLI, so I figure maybe just buy the next in line for the GPU, so that it's not as weak as one GPU, but obviously not as good as SLI. I don't know if I'd ever want to SLI, and buying the unnecessary PSU may be redundant. I'm also on a tight budget, so maybe this would be better?

Basically: I buy 770 and get a 600 PSU
or I buy a 760 and 750 PSU with an intent to SLI (not sure if I'll ever SLI)

The build says that the power consumption will tally to about 443 Watts. What would be the minimum I should go on the PSU? Is 500 too close, 600 unnecessary, or something in between?
