This looks good but will it get by on 430W? Also would going with the Power Color Radeon R9 270x over the XFX Radeon R9 270 be a good idea for the same price?

Yes it will, PSU manufacturers give a wattage higher than what is needed for all the low quality PSUs to adjust to. The 270x is an overclocked 270, so you basically can overclock a 270 and get to the same performance as the 270x.

The 430W would be sufficient for one 270, but if you plan to upgrade later on you'll need a stronger PSU.
