Local area connection help!

I just installed a new psu and a new gtx 770. I now cannot connect to the interntt. it connects to a public location (unidentified network) . I need a solution on what the problem is

this happened to me when i started up my computer. ive been having other internet issues with my computer too though. i wasn't able to solve it but what i tried was uninstalling and reinstalling the driver for lan. but since that didnt work i just switched to my wifi adapter. im using powerline for my ethernet connection. you can also try running network diagnostics, if it doesn't solve it try googling the error it gives you.
