I have a very similar build (fx 6300 and r9 270) and I can play Titanfall with everything Maxed, Metro: Last Light (no AA), and Dayz Maxed out all at 60FPS. I don't own Bf4, but you should be able to play it somewhere between High and Ultra.

Radeon is right though. You need a better PSU and MoBo,
