I recently formatted my laptop and after it finish and restarts it stocked up on manufacturers logo and i cant access boot menu setup either.

Did you actually reformat the drive in your laptop? Considering that your operating system was on that drive, if that's what you did, it's toast. You will have to do a Windows 7 install. Did the machine come with recovery disks, or can you get them from the manufacturer?

And did I understand you correctly? You did a format on the internal drive of your laptop? Or was it an external drive, or what?
