System showing no signal

Hi all,
When working on the system , it will gets hanged suddenly (keyboards , mouse , nothing will works). Pressing the restart button showing the message "No signal detected" on the monitor.
When the system is turned off and turn on after one hour or something it will boot again sometimes.

Motherboard or power supply issue is most likely, swap out the power supply first as it's the easiest one to replace and may be the cheapest.

How old is the system? On some early dual cores and older systems there were lots of capacitor issues on the motherboard, check those over and make sure they are all good.
