i recently got a new mobo and a cpu.
my full system specs are

Asus Maximus VI hero
I7 4770k
CM Siedon
16gb Vengence
Xigmatek 700W modular PSU
Asus HD7970DCUII

i have total 6 hds
3x 2tb WD Cavier Greens
1x 1tb Segate Sata
1x 250gb WD

i use the 250gb one for my windows
(please note that i do not have any sort of partitions on my hds )
so i formated my 250gb hd
than booted from install disk and during installation when at "Setting up files for installation " at 88-80% mark i get error code 0x000005 which states some problem with SOURCE.

now i have used the same DVD to install windows on my laptop and another pc without any issue. So can any1 help me out on what to do?

i also checked my rams and they are all fine.
i removed all other hds and the problem still persists.Tried contacting Microsoft but only thing they do is point me to different links about problems regarding windows which is total BS.

any help would b greatly appreciated

thanks in advance.

Solution
Disconnect all your drives bar the 250Gb Windows drive.
Boot from your Installation disk, when you get to the screen 'Where do you want to install Windows' choose 'Drive options (Advanced)', select each partition in turn and delete them, so you end up with only Unallocated Space. Continue to install Windows on this space without formatting or creating any partitions, this will ensure a 'clean' install and allow Windows to create a System Reserved partition (350Mb).
You can reconnect your drives once Windows is installed.
