My rig:
Case- NZXT Tempest 410 Elite
Mobo- Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V Rev.1.1
HDD- Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA III 7200 RPM 16 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive
Cpu- Intel Core i3 2120 Dual Core
Gpu- Geforce GTX 760 EVGA Superclocked 2gb
Ram- G.SKILL Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
PSU- SilverStone Strider 500W, 80 PLUS, Active PFC Power Supply

Ok this all started when I got a new graphics card(The one listed above). Everything works fine except on more graphically demanding games. I personally think it is a overheating issue because if I put my fan speed on 100 in MSI Afterburner it takes longer before it crashes.. Thats one thing too its more like my pc just restarts than crashes their is no screen that comes up or anything it just shuts off all of a sudden and restarts. I dont think its my GPU or CPU overheating cause ive monitored both and neither reach critical levels. So it must be my PSU right??? I really am just lost so any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if you dont think my PSU is good enough tell me I may be wrong about it overheating.

HIS Radeon HD 6870 1 GB (256bit) GDDR5 DisplayPort HDMI 2x DVI (HDCP) PCI Express X16 2.1 Video Card

That will be a problem cause the reason I replaced it is cause it burnt up. :p

OK so ive figured out(I think) that my problem is with my PSU so I lowered the power limit in MSI AB from 100%(Default) to 80% and everything seems to be working fine now but is that not good to do? Lowering the power limit I mean? What are all the negative effects of doing this? I plan on getting a new PSU next month so...
