New Board for FX 6300

Now i have 2 question Number one im looking at a board right now and it needs a bios update to run the chip from the Box ?? How should i do this Will i fry the chip of i put it in the board without update??
second Any got any suggestions for a Micro atx board for this chip

What type of motherboard you have? Basically an AMD FX-6300 needs an AM3+ socket motherboard.

No i have the board asrocm n68 gs fx but its awful board and i jst got an SSD so i was wanting to get a sata3 board with a higher TDP cause my board runs Extremely Hot any way the question is im looking to Buy this Board
MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX)
Haowever fx 6300 is only suppkrted after a certain update how am i gonna flash a new bios without inserting my chip :S ? And is this a good board a worthy upgrade ?

Ok seems like a nice Board why is is better than MSI plus FX 6300 is only supported after bios 1.20 how do i flash a new bios with new processor ??? With the stock bios (boxed/cd) work with the processor for me to flash this is my main worry will i fry my chip if i dont update first
