too many pop ups, ads and incogtino windows

I'm having too many ad links, ad pop-ups and incognito windows. Please tell me how to get rid rid of them.
P.S: I'v installed privdog, but no use so far

..
P.P.S.: I'm talking about Chrome

While you surf out they just show up? Sounds like you are already infected. Scan the system with a good spyware checker.

I used IObit Malware Fighter and PrivDog, so far.
