as long as they are barely touching, it is not a problem. you are good to go.
but if the heat sink is applying a lot of pressure on the memory stick, you have to change either your ram and buy a low profile kit, or change your cooler.
of you have free ram slots then try to place ram it those slots away from the heat sink.
for small contact no need to change any things

changing cooler (only if it makes a lot of contact and applies a lot of pressure0 is the better option since coolers are much cheaper than memory modules.
