Best tool to check on-board graphics?

I have a doubt that my on-board desktop graphics ATI Radeon HD 4200 might be failing. I want to know if there is a tool to diagnose and test on-board graphics. Also, it would be good if can see the temperature and other relevant parameters for the same through the same or any other tool.

Any recommendations?

try a GPU test and see the FPS results, then compare those to someone else using the same integrated graphics. NovaBench may be of help;

The score is never 100% accurate, but if your getting around the same FPS as those users, then your GPU is working as it should. (those are the higher-end scorers in the rankings, so check below to see them all)

With Temperature, hard to tell, I would use your CCC and check temps from there, then compare online

I tested my computer with Novabench and got a score of 505, which I feel isn't that good.
