Is this build good?

I know that there are loads of these questions, but the original build I had planned had parts I can't get in my country. So, I put together a different build, and I'd like to know how good it is.

Intel Haswell Processeur Core i5-4670K / 3.40 GHz 4 coeurs Socket-LGA1150 6 Mo Cache Version boîte

Cooler Master Hyper 212EVO Ventilateur de processeur PC

Cooler Master SGC-5000W-KWN1 Boîtier PC ATX Sans alimentation Blanc

Asus Z87-A C2 Carte mère Intel ATX Socket 1150

WD Blue Desktop WD10EZEX Disque dur interne 3.5'' SATA 7200 tours/min Mémoire cache 64Mo 1 To

OCZ OCZ-ZT550W-EU ZT Series Alimentation pour PC 550 w Certifiée 80 Plus Bronze EU Version

Kingston KHX1600C10D3B1/8G Arbeitsspeicher 8GB (1600MHz, CL10, 240-polig) DDR3-RAM

MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC Carte Graphique Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 800 MHz 2048 Mo PCI-Express

So, in my original build, I had a different case and a better video card. How much difference would it make if I got a 770 version of the graphics card I picked instead of a 760? Should I consider getting an SSD or a SSHD as well? Is my case compatible with everything? Does anyone know of an optical drive that can fit into my case fine? I could just get an external usb DVD drive, but I'd prefer to have one that fits in my case so that I can have a usb port free. I'm also going to use Windows 8 and a wireless network usb adapter. My peripherals will be cheap until I save enough money for a better mouse and keyboard, because this will already take a big chunk out of my savings.

All in all, I'd mainly like to know just how good this build is. And I apologize about most of the products being in French (And the one in German). I can probably find them on English Amazon, but if there's a French/German speaker out there, that'd be good.

The PSU is the OCZ ZT550W-EU

@Egitel

*Grumble* Do you know perhaps where I could get a 770 in France or Germany? I can't find it in French Amazon and the one in German Amazon is WAY too expensive. I seem to able to find 760s and 780s everywhere but absolutely no 770s. Hrm. Well, I suppose the best thing to do would be to buy a 760 and then upgrade to a 780 later if it really bothers me.

EDIT: Nevermind, I could find EVGA 770 video cards, so I'll go with those. Just couldn't find MSi 770s.
I found a SSHD for a reasonable price with almost two Terabytes, so I'm happy with that.

Okay, thanks for the feedback guys. Also, I found another build that uses the same case as mine, and was just wondering one thing: If the DVD drive I pick is smaller than what fits best, does that pose a problem? Because I can definitely find a DVD drive that fits in that case.

Alright, thanks Eigtel.

@Stacks on Deck
While that might be a good idea, when it comes to cost I think I'm going to stick with the 770 for now. It's better than the 760 (Or so I'm told) and price-wise, it's cheaper than upgrading later. Thanks for you input though, it's appreciated.
