At 1920 x 1090 you're better off with 2gb. You won't notice 4gb.

The general answer regarding RAM on graphics cards is that more RAM is only really useful for higher resolutions. So the vast majority (but not all) games do not require more than 1gb RAM on a GPU to cache textures to run 1080p. So if you are likely to only be running 1080p resolution for the duration of the time you own the card (probably likely) you are likely to never need more than 2gb of RAM on your GPU. But that is only a prediction as you never know what new innovation comes round the corner and changes the goalposts.

they dont make a 3gb 770.

you're fine with the 2gb 770. if you ever got to the point where the card was using more than 2gb of VRAM, the card itself wouldn't be fast enough anyway and your FPS would be junk.

As mentioned above, a 3gb version of this card is not available and you'll be fine with 2gb. Everything looks compatable. I'd say it's a good build. I have gtx 760 2gb at 1920 x 1080 and games look great. I'm sure a gtx 770 will keep you satisfied.
