would be a notable upgrade coming from this: AMD Radeon HD7750 1Gb of ram

Yes it will be. But get that graphics card's newer version, the R7 265. It is faster and has many more features.

Either the 7850 or the R7 265 would be good upgrades. What is your present power supply? (brand/model)
