Will this RAM work with this Motherboard?

Ok so this is the RAM that I want to buy for the PC that I am making http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233173 and this is the Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130722 also before I had chosen a 4GB RAM (1x4GB) and I chose this because I want to take advantage of the Dual-Channel, it's better right?

it will work just fine! since 2xram slots though, i would sugggest 1x4gb in order to be able to upgrade some day!

Well really if you are going to have 64bit OS then go with 2 x4GB or just a single stick now and get another one later if funds do not allow it. The only case that I would buy 2 x 2GB is if you are going to run that machine for ever on 32 bit OS.
It will work though.

Very little difference! Measurable but not noticeable.

yes ,you will loose dual channel ability, but minimal performance loss
