I'm planning on buying a GPU for gaming, but my budget is pretty tight. Around 200$. So I'd like some recommendations on what GPU I should get.

Current Specs:
CPU: A10-5700 @ 3.4ghz
GPU: Radeon 8570 2 gb
8 GB of DDR3 RAM
Win7 64bit
300w psu (I'll be getting a new PSU as well, not included in the gpu budget)

I don't want any Crossfire or SLI setups, just a decent GPU that can play games on a single monitor at 1080p for ~200$

R9 270 or GTX 660! Even R9 270X http://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-axr9...
Then again you could go GTX750Ti if your 300watt PSU is modern. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...

if you got a GTX 750 you could keep that power supply.

it's enough to play games on medium settings at 1080p

Found a GTX 750 Ti OC for 195$ its not reference, it's a Zotac (never heard of them).
What do you think about it?

I wouldn't use even the 750 on a 300W build. Recently we were troubleshooting a forum members problem with his computer not turning on, and it ended up being that his PSU wasn't strong enough for the 750 (300W). It was a generic PSU, and i'm assuming yours is too. If it's not, give me the model # and i'll see if it has enough Amps on the 12V rail to support the 750.

Anyways, I would recommend the 660. I believe its around $170 now. It runs new releases on medium @ 60 fps. 2012-2013 releases are typically on high settings.

I would think at that point, getting a 270X would be better since it's pretty much the same price and offerms much more performance. But you would also need a better PSU, however, you will almost certainly be able to reuse the PSU in the future so it is a good investment.

That is a high price but Zotac have been making a name for themselves and is a brand I would trust.

Well, not really, in eastern EU the R9 270 / 270x are about 75-100$ more expensive

Not really much of a high price compared to others and considering where I live.
Thanks for the answer though.
