Can't run a program, but I can in safe mode (fresh reinstall).

I had this problem before I reinstalled the OS, but now I still am having trouble.

Its possible for me to run the program in safe mode but in normal boot it doesn't show the main screen, it just stays minimized in the tray bar.

The application I am talking about is Game Overlay 1.07

Sorry for the late reply, got a little too involved with my own computer issues for a while. ;)

Could you post the link to the site you acquired the so I can get a better sense of what we are dealing with here? I am un-familiar with Game Overlay. What type of program is it exactly?

Also, have you tried looking in the taskbar and double-clicking the program icon (it might be under the other programs arrow)? Does anything appear? Also, can you right-click the icon? Do any settings menu buttons show up?
