Motherboard standoffs stripped

So one of the case standoffs got stripped of the upper threads, the lower threads are just fine so I mounted the motherboard anyway and the screw sits tight. But since the standoff is holded in place by the back threads there could be a difference in the height of the standoffs so that the board may flex a little. I have tried to check if there is a difference and it looks like there is no to little difference. If there is any flex should I worry? It looks like there could be 2-1mm difference max.

Thank you for your time

you should be fine, mobo's are actually pretty flexable, but its best to keep them straight. its normal for the mobo to bend a tiny bit, usually from the weight of the cpu heatsink or graphics card.
  2. Thank you very much for having me to not worry. When I realized this I got so scared that I where regretting building the pc on my own. Well thank you again. After my first build I can safely say I will never try to get away cheap when it comes to cases again. Bad metal with threads stripping is never fun.
  3. yeah, you never really want to cheap out on anything XD but dont worry, you should be just fine :P
